- If it weren't for computers, Kent probably would be training for marathon number four as
you view this. Previously he ran Chicago (twice) and Allerton Park (near Urbana-Champaign,
Illinois). For obvious competitive reasons his times are confidential.

- Kent may have the world's largest collection of Far Side mugs. Earn extra money
in your spare time by telling him where to obtain new titles for his current collection.
- Spaghetti Westerns
- Especially early Clint Eastwood
movies and posters. Amused by that irreverent "man with no name" getting beat up
for one and a half hours, then exacting measured revenge the last ten minutes.
- United States Marine Corps
- Kent had the privilege of serving state-side in the finest fighting machine on the
planet as a USMC supply/ordnance
officer. The first half of Full Metal Jacket brings back tender memories.
